Members Present: Chairman, Ken Selzler; Supervisor, Paul Zent; Zoning Board: Jerry Kunz; Weed Board: Terry Mauch; Assessor: Ed Daniels; Road Supervisor: Lorin Wolf; Treasurer, Shawn Whitney and Clerk, Cyndy Meidinger.

Members Absent: Supervisor, Dave Nehring and Zoning Board, Mike Michelanko
Chairman Selzler opened the meeting the minutes from the previous meeting were called for and read with no additions or corrections Supervisor Zent made a motion to approve the minutes as read, 2nd by Chairman Selzler, the motion was unanimously approved with Chairman Selzler and Supervisor Zent voting in favor of the motion. Motion Carried.

School Board Report: No one present to give report.

Road Supervisor’s Report: Supervisor Wolf said he contacted the county regarding the signs on 62nd Ave and 66th St. the County put up the sign on 66th the same day. There was discussion on the sign for 62nd Ave from the discussion it was recommended to use a dead end sign. Supervisor made a motion to place a dead end sign on 62nd Ave 2nd by Chairman Selzler. The motion was unanimously accepted with Supervisor Zent and Chairman Selzler voting in favor of the motion, Motion Carried. Supervisor Wolf will contact the county and have the sign put up.

Weed Board Report: Terry Mauch had no report

Building Inspector’s Report: In the absence of Steve Ressler there was no report.
Assessor’s Report; Ed Daniels had no report he said he had a few calls on the tax statements when they came out.

Web Page Update: Chairman Selzler contacted a company to host the web sight but they do not create the sight so we would need to find someone to create the sight then they would host the sight.

Wm Teply Update: Supervisor Zent said nothing would be done until spring.

Golf View Subdivision: There has been a name change it is now Country View Estates. There is a public hearing scheduled for January 27th @ 5 PM at the City County Building. There needs to be support from the neighbors at the hearing and there needs to be different views from the people who choose to address the commissioners.

Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer Whitney had two bills to pay after review Supervisor Zent made a motion to approve payment of the bills presented, 2nd by Chairman Selzler. The motion was unanimously approved was Supervisor Zent and Chairman Selzler voting in favor of the motion. Motion Carried.

With no other business to discuss Supervisor Zent made a motion to adjourn the meeting 2nd by Chairman Selzler. Motion was unanimously approved by Supervisor Zent and Chairman Selzler.

Chairman Selzler adjourned the meeting.
