Members Present: Chairman, Ken Selzler; Supervisor, Paul Zent; Road Supervisor, Lorin Wolf, Tax Assessor, Ed Daniels; Weed Board, Terry Mauch; Zoning Board, Jerry Kunz; Treasurer, Shawn Whitney and Clerk, Cyndy Meidinger
Members Absent: Zoning Board, Mike Michelanko, Building Inspector, Steve Ressler and Supervisor, Dave Nehring.
Chairman Selzler opened the meeting and called for the minutes to be read. With no corrections or additions, Supervisor Zent made a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Chairman Selzler. The motion was unanimously approved with Supervisor, Zent and Chairman Selzler voting in favor of the motion.
School Board Report: No report
Road Supervisor’s Report: Supervisor Wolf had no road report. There was a question about a Lang in Igo Addition needing an approach permit. Chairman Selzler said he would check with Mr. Lang and report @ the April meeting.
Weed Board: Mr. Mauch had no report.
Zoning Board Report: Country View will have another Public Hearing on April 27. There was a lot of discussion regarding the subdivision & lot sizes. There was opposition from surrounding landowners that wanted to keep the lot size @ 5 acres with some of the landowners saying 3 acres would be more acceptable than 1 ½ acres and paved roads. After the discussion, Supervisor Zent made a motion to get township approval to rewrite the ACT Zoning Regulations with input from residents of the township and have the new zoning regulations voted on @ the 2011 election, seconded by Chairman Selzler. The motion was unanimously approved with Supervisor Zent and Chairman Selzler voting in favor of the motion. Motion was carried.
Building Inspector’s Report: No report
Assessor’s Report: Ed Daniels had no report but did have a Homestead credit for Virginia Woodworth @ 7048 Snappy Lane. Assessor Daniels recommended passing the homestead credit. Supervisor Zent made the motion to approve the homestead credit for Virginia Woodworth seconded by Chairman Selzler. The motion was unanimously approved with Supervisor Zent and Chairman Selzler voting in favor of the motion. Motion was carried.
Web Page Update: Chairman Zent made a motion to table the discussion until the April meeting when more info will be available.
Wm Teply: There was no report due to the snow this issue will be looked at again in April.
Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer Whitney had 10 bills to pay after review Chairman Zent made a motion to pay all bills presented for payment seconded by Chairman Selzler. The motion was unanimously approved with Supervisor Zent and Chairman Selzler voting in favor of the motion. Motion was carried.

Supervisor Zent reminded everyone to watch for flood warning and barriers due to the possible flooding this spring.
The board reminded everyone that the annual meeting and election would be Tuesday March 16th and to spread the word to get people out to vote. There are two positions up for election. One Supervisor for a 3-year term Ken Selzler and one Zoning Board member for a 2-year term, Jerry Kunz. Also, measure #1 the ACT budget for 2011, which would be $95,000.00 and measure #2 to allow the rewriting of ACT Zoning Regulations.
With no other business to discuss Chairman Selzler adjourned the meeting.
