-
- Jan Hamilton – Guinea Hens – 8455 Windmill Road
A description of the issue was emailed to the board members before the meeting. Jan did give a summary again at the meeting. Which is, the neighbors (Risser’s – 8425 Windmill Road) do not contain their guinea hens and they come over to the Hamilton property, make noise an crap all over everything. Basically, a general nuisance. The Risser’s, according to the Hamilton’s, have not been willing to address the issue and are generally hostile when approached about the matter.
The zoning board would like to send a letter to the Risser’s to address the issue and ask them to attend the next township meeting. They should bring the documentation from the Game and Fish indicating that the guinea hens are somehow protected?
Mr. Kunz made a motion to “Invite the Risser’s to join the next township meeting”
Supervisor Sicble 2nd the motion
