Members present Paul Zent, Supervisor; Ken Selzler, Supervisor; Jerry Kunz, Zoning Board Member; Terry Mauch, Weed Board; Greg Hillig, Building Inspector; Mike Schwartz, Treasurer; JP Moszer, Road Supervisor; Cole Shantz, Assessor
Members absent: Cary Olson, Chairman; Ann Willoughby, Clerk
Supervisor Zent opened the meeting.
Supervisor Zent made a motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Supervisor Selzler seconded the motion. The motion passed with, Supervisors Zent and Selzler in agreement.
School board Report: Web site is now up and running
Zoning Board Report: No report
Assessor’s report: Vanguard completed first attempt only. Cole Shantz, township assessor went with VanGuard assessors for 2 ½ days. Some concerns about the survey; some good, some bad.
Building Inspector’s Report: No new inspection permits written. Adair Torres having money issues, on 3rd builder, need to re-plot yet.
Road Supervisor’s Report: Rip-Rap needed on 106th, 66th South of Lincoln some spots need to be touched up, JP needs to take a leave of absence for personal reasons.
Weed report – No report
Treasures’ Report: Bank Balance $365,439.26, bill for Great American Trucking $9,687.50
No other business. Meeting adjourned.
